I really liked the comfortable beds and the friendly staff at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, made for a great night's sleep. the hotel had a great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, so it was easy to explore the area. these were the best aspects of my stay.

There were a few things that I disliked about this hotel. the building itself seemed a bit old and worn in some areas.

exterior and restaurant and bar areas are very beautiful. bed is very comfortable. nespresso coffee maker is top.

decoration of the rooms is a bit old-fashioned, lack of curtains on the windows, off-centre location and insufficient insulation.

The decor in the common spaces was pretty cool, especially the Ruby Room where you can grab a stylish cocktail. The location was also great, away from all the touristy areas. It was a relief to escape the crowds and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet.

The service was a bit disappointing. It seemed like the staff lacked proper hospitality training.

The breakfast was included and satisfactory, with tasty options to choose from.

The early check-in was a relief after a long journey. The breakfast was satisfying with great service. The concierge offered a helpful walking tour. Appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge. The bedroom and outdoor area were pleasant.

This venue is a perfect luxurious retreat, with exclusive and spacious amenities. the room was chic and sophisticated, and the bathroom had nice amenities and was spotless. I especially loved the relaxing Sun terrace, where I enjoyed my in-room breakfast with a fantastic view of the Garden area. the location advantages of this hotel are also remarkable.

The private facilities could be improved, as I had a minor issue with the TV remote that was not working properly. Although the service was attentive, it could have been improved in some areas to match the luxurious nature of this hotel.

The newly refurbished restaurant provides a charming atmosphere and delicious meals. Additionally, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The breakfast service needs improvement as the restaurant opened late due to the chef's delay.
